2016’s Friends of Harvest
Throughout 2016 a number of local groups have volunteered at the market as part of our Friends of Harvest program.
The program offers community organisations and social enterprises the opportunity to promote their organisation or event at the market in return for providing volunteers.
We rely heavily on community-minded people to help out on market days, filling a range of important roles including setting up, packing down and welcoming market goers at the entrances.
We would like to thank the following participants:
- Conservation Volunteers Australia
- Devil State Derby League
- Friends of the ABC
- Junction Arts Festival
- Kidney Health Australia
- Launceston Human Library
- Launceston Players
- Launceston Tornadoes Basketball Club
