Annual Harvest Launceston membership is $33 inc GST from 1 March 2017 to 28 February 2018

All stallholders must be members before trading can commence at Harvest Launceston so that it is your market too. Membership and stallholder fees contribute to market insurance, promotion, administration, infrastructure, licenses and Council site rental.

SITE REQUIREMENTS (please check) :

(An extra 1.5 metre space is required to surround stalls using an ignitable fuel source.)

Please provide a brief description of your proposed stall including marquee brand, size and weights (type, quantity, weight per pole). A minimum 20kg is required for each marquee pole. You are encouraged to attach sketches and/or photographs. Please note, there is limited room for vehicles on site. If you intend to cook onsite you must provide an approved fire extinguisher and fire blanket at your site:

Electrical requirements (Powered sites are limited. Please list electrical equipment you intend to use at the market and watts listed on each appliance. All leads and electrical equipment are to be tagged and tested annually with the stallholder’s name on each item before installation on site.):


This is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee that you will be offered a site or that you must accept a site offered to you. If your EOI is approved, you will be required to enter into a Stallholder Membership Agreement as set out in the Harvest Charter, and to become a member of Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market Inc.

Once approved, you must complete the remainder of the application process (see attached Step-by-Step process) and commence trading within six weeks of your nominated start date. If you fail to meet this requirement, your EOI approval expires and you will have to re-apply. Seasonal producers must notify Harvest Launceston Management one month prior to their expected commencement date.

The Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market reserves the right to decline this expression of interest, and/or not accept any products for sale at the market.
