Kombucha, sable, salt and berries – July 29

The Three Fermented Queens return to Harvest this week with a new ‘Strawberry Lemon’ bambino kombucha, along with their delicious range of krauts and kimchi. Tasmanian Kitchen Fine Food also returns with their savoury sable and Tasmanian flavoured walnuts, along with Bridgenorth Berries, Tasman Sea Salt and Three Peaks Organics with their freeze dried blueberries. There will also be plenty of fresh winter vegetables, apples, pears, meats, seafood, dairy, eggs, honey, preserves, grains, sourdough bread, pastries, olive oil, plants, seedlings, bulbs, hot food and drinks. Don’t forget the Tamar Valley Peace Festival is on this weekend with plenty of free events in and around town. Buskers High Tempo will be entertaining the market crowd early in the morning followed by Adam Paech.
