Rae’s creations have been a welcome addition to the market since 2012. Opening her little shop in Charles Street, Launceston mid-2016, she has ensured that her sweet treats and succulent sausage rolls are always available to the people of Launceston.

Since leaving the market to open Earthy Eats in 2015, the owners are dedicated to gathering only the best local ingredients, so you can be sure to take home local produce from the best growers the island has to offer when visiting Earthy Eats.

Saint John Craft Beer Bar Saint John St, Launceston

Our Ritual Coffee crew are the brains behind Saint John Craft Beer Bar. Their thriving coffee stall at Harvest Launceston allowed them to throw their efforts into creating what is now a national destination for beer lovers. 2016 saw the first Fresh Hop Festival, which has been named in the AMEX World’s 15 Most Delectable Harvest Festivals.

Turkish Tukka Eat St, Launceston

Yusuf Karazor, migrated from Olympos, Turkey on the western Mediterranean coast, a seaside village surrounded by orange groves, to Tasmania in 2011.
Influenced by his mothers traditional Turkish cooking and a strong love of his Turkish heritage, he has created a modern take on Turkish cuisine.
Focusing on the honesty of the food and absolute freshness of the local Tasmanian produce he has morphed the two cultures into Turkish Tukka the best of the traditional Turkish food with a Tassie twist, supporting and using quality local Tasmanian produce.
