Harvest Launceston Community Farmer’s Market producers continue to celebrate summer with berries, cherries, apricots, heirloom tomatoes and abundant vegies. There will also be plenty of brews to quench summer thirsts, with Brady’s Lookout Cider, Van Dieman Brewery, Wanderers Mead, and a special brew from Willie at Seven Sheds Brewery who has collaborated with Tristan from Honey Tasmania to produceHoney Bee*R. The collaboration brew is a full-bodied amber ale, laced with Manuka honey notes. The Tamar Valley Wine Route will be offering wine tastings from Winter Brook Vineyard at their tiny tent as well as information about the upcoming celebration of local wine Vintage 2020. Wonderful summer vegetables, heirloom tomatoes, zucchinis, peas, new season potatoes are all in abundance at Harvest vegetable producers Seven Springs, Steve’s Vegies, Laos Fresh, Tasmanian Natural Garlic Tomatoes, Felds Farm and Rock Hill Estate.
