You may have noticed our three olive oil producers – Lentara Grove, The Village Olive Grove, and Coronea Grove Olives – are all back at the market after having been absent throughout May and June. The reason was not because they were on holiday, in fact, quite the opposite! They were busy harvesting their crops and processing the fruit to bring you only the finest Tasmanian-grown olive oil and a range of olive products. This week, we feature Lentara Grove in our Producer Profile, where Martin explains the ins and outs of growing, harvesting and processing their olives.
