Kombucha, Asparagus, Cheese and Dips – October 13, 2018

Avocado Moon will be at Harvest this Saturday with their bottles of wildly fermented lemon myrtle and blackberry kombucha. More new season asparagus will be available from Headlam Farm Tasmanian Fresh Asparagus and Newry Farm Asparagus and Lost Pippin return with their range of ciders and perry.

Trio of Dips will be making their Spring 2018 debut at the market. Pair up some of their delicious dips with some cheese from Coal River Farm, Elgaar, Southern Sky or Westhaven and some olives from Lentara for the perfect summer platter.  If you’re feeling really decadent, why not add some Tas Butter Co cultured butter to your cheese platter, it really is unbeatable!  We would also like to wish the team at Tas Butter Co all the best for the imminent launch of their bricks and mortar premises Bread and Butter on Cimitiere Street.

There will be plenty of apples, pears and vegetables to add to your shopping basket, along with a variety of meats, hot smoked salmon, cheese, butter, hazelnuts, olive oil, preserves, baked goods, plants, seedlings and biochar. There will be plenty of ready-to-eat food and pastries on offer to accompany your coffee from Ritual or Provenance and buskers Yyan Ng and Emmaleigh G and the Swingmania will be providing entertainment throughout the morning.
