Sea salt winners and cultured ghee – May 20

Tasmanian Butter Co. introduces their first batch of ghee to Harvest shoppers this week, made from their cultured butter. Have a chat to Olivia about the best ways to use this tasty and aromatic product in your cooking at home. Congratulations goes to Tasmanian Butter Co. who were announced as a State winner in this year’s delicious. Produce Awards for their Cultured Sea Salted Butter, and also to Tasman Sea Salt for their 100% Natural Tasmanian Sea Salt Flakes. Both award winning products will be at the market this Saturday!

Modo Mio Naked, One on the Slide and The Good Food Float return to the market this week, along with Brady’s Lookout Cider, Langdale Farm and the Three Fermented Queens. There will be plenty of fresh vegetables, apples, pears, oyster mushrooms, meat, seafood, dairy, eggs, hazelnuts, honey, preserves, sourdough bread, pastries, olive oil, plants, seedlings, flowers, hot food and drinks available. Weather permitting, The Fergusons and Peter Vandenberg will be entertaining market goers throughout the morning.
