Felds Farm is situated in North East Tasmania just 30kms from Launceston. We run a 1 acre market garden using organic and no-till principles to produce a variety of seasonal vegetables and fruit. Our passion for regenerative agriculture, building soil structure and ecology combined with our knowledge of ingredients from our careers as chefs allows us to produce nutrient dense and delicious food in a sustainable system.
