After a twelve year break from growing Waterhouse Fresh Asparagus, Philip and Lucy Headlam along with their sons Charles and Will have planted a new crop of asparagus on their property ‘Oakbank’ situated in the renowned Pipers Brook production region.
The fresh asparagus enterprise is run in conjunction with Corriedale prime lamb and merino wool growing enterprises.
Headlam Farm Tasmanian Fresh Asparagus gives customers the opportunity to access locally grown, seasonal, fresh and delicious asparagus.
