Manu Bread, Launceston’s newest authentic French bakery, produces a range of specialty loaves and pastries made in the traditional French style. Made to their exacting standards, their range includes sourdoughs, ryes, baguettes; bread sticks, croissants and pastries, and is made from locally sourced flour and local ingredients when available.
