Vineyard Seafood

Vineyard Seafood

Seafood Vineyard is a seafood processing and Food and Wine events business specialising in unique ‘pop-up’ culinary experiences at various vineyards across Tasmania. From time to time we have partnered and visited Barringwood on the North West coast, Spring Vale Vineyard and Devils Corner on the East Coast; Stoney Rise, Clover Hill, Goaty Hill, Bay of Fires, Josef Chromy and more recently we have operated a series of collaborative ‘Seasonal Producers Luncheons’ at Moores Hill in the Tamar Valley.

Vineyard Seafood also specialises in ‘sophisticated street food’ and regularly are present at Festivale – Launceston’s premier food and wine Summer festival and the ‘TASTE’ Hobart.

On the menu at Harvest Launceston is one of our signature dishes the ‘Char-grilled Octopus with basil pesto and balsamic reduction’; as well tastings and sales of our retail products- Smoked Mussel Pate, Crayfish Mousse, Confit Abalone and Steamed Octopus for you to take home and enjoy.

Previously having operated the award-winning Cable Station Restaurant and Accommodation in Stanley on NW coast (featured in the Gourmet Farmer Afloat series) Charlotte has strong relationships with local Producers and sources direct from Tasmanian fishermen and farmers, creating a strong sense of connection for consumers to the produce, people and place of Tasmania.

Moore’s Hill is a boutique family operated wine producer located in the beautiful Tamar Valley, Tasmania.  Our aim is to produce wines with generous varietal character, perfect ripeness, elegant structure and natural balance.

Our carefully maintained vineyard offers the perfect outing allowing you to relax, take in the gorgeous scenery and enjoy some of the finest produce our state has to offer.

tasmania’s first 100% solar powered winery

We’re making wine powered by the sun. We completed our new winery in March 2017 and all our wines are now made on site by winemaker Julian Allport. The winery does not draw any power from the electricity grid, 108 solar panels on the roof provide a 28kw solar array with 81kw gel battery storage.
