Taste of TamO’Shanter is an award winning boutique Tasmanian business based on the north east coast 45minutes from Launceston.
We grow over 90% of our main ingredients from heirloom seeds that we nurture to provide great fruit and vegetables. We use only organic materials in our gardens a large portion of our compost we make ourselves. We are big believers in letting nature provide what our plants need, if we have to source outside products we always try to source products grown the same way as ours. We have a true love for our gardening.
Our other great love is cooking we have created most of our own recipes some of which took years to get just right. Our other recipes are family favourite recipes passed down through time that just don’t need to be messed with. All our products are hand crafted in small batches using no artificial colours flavours or preservatives ensuring that the ingredients speak for themselves.
