Seasonal

Seasonal eating

Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market celebrates its seasonality. As the days grow colder we eagerly await the new season apples and freshly dug truffles. We have asparagus and peonies to brighten our days in Spring and an explosion of colour as the berries, cherries, currants and apricots appear.

Our stallholders are knowledgeable and friendly so do not hesitate to ask them about some different ways to use your seasonal treats. We have also created some seasonal Pinterest boards to inspire you to create new and interesting dishes.
