For those still craving the fruits of summer, there will be plenty of cherries, berries and apricots available. Look out for heirloom tomatoes making an appearance, along with plenty of fresh herbs and greens for that perfect summer salad, and top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive or hazelnut oil, all available at the market. Lenah Game Meats will be at the market, so be sure to pick up some wallaby for the barbecue along with a loaf of sourdough bread, some cheese and a bottle of Tasmanian cider.
