This week at Harvest Launceston Farmers’ Market – 13th June 2020

Fresh oysters from Bruny Island

Chase away the mid winter blues this week at the Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market with some fresh oysters from Bruny Island  followed by a delightful dish of duck from Strelleyfield Farm . Matt will have breasts, marylands and whole ducks with which to create some splendid dishes from ragus to roasts.

Give yourself a health kick and visit Lauren and Fergus at Avocado Moon for the best Kombucha brews in town and Allen from The Village Olive Grove  is taking a break from the olive oil harvest this week and will be at the market with his magical extra virgin olive oil.

Meander Pastured Eggs are back for their fortnightly visit and stop for freshly roasted coffee at Ritual  and Provenance Coffees.

Please remember to keep your social distance, especially in the queues when you come down and do your shopping.

The weather forecast for a shower or two, partly cloudy but a warmish start to the day with temperature forecast of 6 to 15 degrees.

See you on Saturday.
