The first market of Autumn is here, signalling the arrival of apples with Brady’s Lookout Cider bringing their heritage variety Mollie Delicious. Mollie Declines is aromatic, with sweet-tart subtle acidic flavour that is great for eating, baking and stewing. Their apple orchard is farmed to organic and regenerative principles. Tomato crops are at their peak, bulbs are ready for planting and the last blush of warm weather vegetables will be at the Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market this Saturday.
See you at the Market!
