Harvest in the Launceston community
Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market has, since its inception, been the breeding ground for some now familiar names around the Launceston CBD. In addition to the bricks and mortar locations, many of our producers are to be found on some of the best restaurant menus around town.
Some of our favourite faces at the market have taken the leap to their own establishment in the Launceston CBD. Learn more about them here.
If you cannot make it to the market one Saturday, we have a list of our Stallholders stockists here.
Launceston has some incredibly talented chefs who take the produce that you can purchase every Saturday morning and they turn it into something incredible. Discover them here.
Harvest was approached by Plastic free Launceston to take part in Plastic Free July. It was a great opportunity to look at some of the things that we do and work out how to improve where we can. It’s been an interesting start on the journey and the stallholders have been inspiring us as we go. Read more here
Nothing brings people together quite like food. As a group of dedicated farmers and foodies, our market family have a world of recipes behind them. From South Africa to Afghanistan, Turkey to Tasmania, Canada to Korea and everywhere in between, these foods help to bring us closer together. Read more here.
